Teachers will be purchasing the supplies needed for their students and parents\/guardians will pay a nominal fee. This will help reduce waste, ensure the purchase of quality supplies, and save families time and money. Some teachers may require additional specialty items (such as zipper binders, backpacks, headphones\/ear buds).\u00a0 For the 2023 &#8211; 2024 school year, the cost of planners will be covered by the school through our Student and Family Affordability Funds.<\/p>\n<p>Methods of payment for school supply fees will be either cash, cheque (made payable to Aspen Park Elementary) or e-transfer to <a href=\"mailto:aspenpark@sd71.bc.ca\">aspenpark@sd71.bc.ca<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Please remember to write your child(ren)\u2019s name in the memo section of the e-transfer.<\/strong> No password is required for e -transfers to this email address so if you are asked for one, your bank does not support the transaction and we will not be able to access the funds.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Student school supply fees for the 2025 \u2013 2026 school year will be as follows:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Kindergarten &#8211; $20<\/li>\n<li>Grade 1 \u2013 3 &#8211; $30<\/li>\n<li>Grade 4 \u2013 7 &#8211; $40<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We are excited to continue in this direction and hope it streamlines the process for families and teachers.
