At times, I also teach classroom lessons focused on mental health and social-emotional learning.

· For those students requiring more team-based supports (Individual Education Plans and Behaviour Support Plans), I work collaboratively with parents and their classroom teacher to help support their social/emotional and regulation needs.

· I help connect parents/families with outside agencies, resources (books, articles, websites, videos) and various community supports as needed/requested.

· It’s important to know that school counsellors do not provide ongoing individual counselling.
