SUMMARY:Coldest Day of the Year Walk
DESCRIPTION:We will be holding our Coldest Day of the Year walk in support of the Coldest Night of the Year organization.  The goal is to raise money, and more importantly this year, awareness and compassion to those who are experiencing hurt, hunger, and homelessness.  This year’s walk will take place on Wednesday, Feb 28.\n \nStudents are welcome to make a small donation ($1 or $2) which can be brought to their teachers or office and are encouraged to bring a canned/non-perishable food item for the walk.  Students will drop these off at the Cumberland Food Share during the walk.  Do not bring the items to the office.\nFor more information about the event, feel free to check out these links and share them with your class:\n\nhttps://cnoy.org/location/comoxvalley\nhttps://dawntodawn.org/\nhttps://cvts.ca/\n\n
