DESCRIPTION:READ TO RIDE IS BACK!\nDuring the month of May, Kindergarten to Grade Five students can earn prizes for reading at home.\nAfter 20 minutes of reading, your child can enter their name, grade, book title, author and a couple of sentences summarizing what they read on the Read to Ride Ballot. Students may only enter one ballot per day (even if they read for more than 20 minutes).\nBallots will be available from their classroom teacher or in the library. Ballots can be dropped off at the library during their book exchange time.\nPrizes are from Beaufort Cycles with a generous donation by Cumberland Royal Canadian Legion and Cumberland Masonic Lodge.\nGrand Prize – Evo Big Ridge bike and helmet\n\nSecond Prize – Colt Scooter and helmet\nThird Prize – Colt Scooter and helmet\n\nGrade level (K-1, 2/3, 4/5) prizes: Water bottles with cages, gloves, grippers, Emoji bells, T-shirts, Gift certificates, and Bike tune-ups\n\nPrizes will be drawn and announced at the CCS May Celebration of Success assembly.\nHappy Reading!\n
