Casual summer clothing is perfectly fine!<\/p>\n<h3>Arrival &amp; Dismissal<\/h3>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Parents\/caregivers will line up and enter the courtyard with their children through the breezeway leading to the music room portable just before their scheduled singing time.<\/li>\n<li>Please note there will be no entry into classrooms.<\/li>\n<li>Performances will take place on the concrete steps in front of Division 6\u2019s classroom.<\/li>\n<li>After your child\u2019s performance, families will exit together through the breezeway leading toward the newer portables.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Grade 7 students will remain as the \u201chouse band\u201d in front of the library windows throughout the evening.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<hr \/>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Concert Schedule<\/h2>\n<p>Families will enter with their students just before their scheduled<\/p>\n<h3>6:00 PM<\/h3>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Grade 7 Concert Band \u2013\u00a0<em>Basic Band Blues Redux<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Divisions 1 &amp; 2 \u2013\u00a0<em>Here\u2019s the Way We Boogie<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>As students exit and the next divisions take their place:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Grade 7 Concert Band \u2013\u00a0<em>Star Wars<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>6:10 PM<\/h3>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Divisions 9, 10, 11 &amp; 12 \u2013\u00a0<em>Head and Shoulders<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>As students exit and the next divisions take their place:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Grade 7 Concert Band \u2013\u00a0<em>Another One Bites the Dust<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>6:20 PM<\/h3>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Divisions 3, 4 &amp; 5 \u2013\u00a0<em>Little Pig Blues<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>As students exit and the next divisions take their place:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Grade 7 Concert Band \u2013\u00a0<em>D Jam<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>(Grade 7 students not in Jazz Band may leave afterward.)<\/em><\/p>\n<h3>6:30 PM<\/h3>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Divisions 13, 14, 15 &amp; 16 \u2013\u00a0<em>Junk Food Blues<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>As students exit and the next divisions take their place:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Grade 7 Jazz Band \u2013\u00a0<em>Gimme Some Lovin\u2019 \/ 2:00 Blues<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>6:40 PM<\/h3>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Divisions 6, 7 &amp; 8 \u2013\u00a0<em>Puntledge Park for Me<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>As students exit and the next divisions take their place:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Grade 7 Jazz Band \u2013\u00a0<em>Rock Around the Clock<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>6:50 PM<\/h3>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Divisions 17 &amp; 18 \u2013\u00a0<em>Yuck Too<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>As students exit and the next divisions take their place:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Grade 7 Jazz Band \u2013\u00a0<em>Oye Como Va<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>7:00 PM<\/h3>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Divisions 19, 22, and Grade 6 students from Divisions 20 &amp; 21 \u2013\u00a0<em>Canada 1<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>As students exit and the next divisions take their place:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Grade 7 Jazz Band \u2013\u00a0<em>Louie, Louie<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<hr \/>\n<\/div>\n<p>Remaining students and families are welcome to help move equipment back to the music room at the end of the evening.<\/p>\n<p>We look forward to celebrating our students\u2019 creativity and musical talents with you!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CONCERT IN THE COURTYARD Tuesday, May 26 | 6:00 PM Dear Parents and Caregivers, You are warmly invited to our Concert in the Courtyard, a short and informal evening celebration of jazz, blues, song, dance, and creative improvisation performed by our students.
