><h2>PARENT\/GUARDIAN VOLUNTEERS<\/h2>\n<p>We love our volunteers and truly appreciate the time and energy they put into making school events happen!<\/p>\n<p>Any volunteer (for field trips, coaching, distributing hot lunch, etc) needs to\u00a0submit<strong> a recent Criminal Record Check<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/justice.gov.bc.ca\/criminalrecordcheck\">Criminal Record Check<\/a>\n<ul>\n<li>School Access Code is: ZFMLXA4NFX<\/li>\n<li>Results are emailed to the school in 2-4 weeks.<\/li>\n<li>Kept on file for 5 years<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>VOLUNTEER DRIVERS<\/h2>\n<p>Drivers must ALSO complete the following steps:<\/p>\n<p><strong><em><u>To complete:<\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Volunteer Driver and Vehicle Driver Form (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.comoxvalleyschools.ca\/ecole-robb-road-elementary\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/28\/2024\/08\/Volunteer-Drivers-Form_2024-.pdf\">Volunteer Driver Form<\/a>), signed and dated.\u00a0 Note: number of students you can transport are the <strong><u>BACKSEAT ONLY<\/u><\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Obtain your \u201cPersonal Driving Record\u201d using the following through ICBC.)<\/li>\n<li>Copy of driver\u2019s license.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Policy requires that we do <strong>NOT<\/strong> keep driver information once the school year has ended.\u00a0 Your documents will need to be\u00a0 <strong>renewed every school year, and after each insurance expiry date<\/strong>.
