Anything that is not on the list is your responsibility.<\/p>\n<table class=\"festival-info-table table-responsive\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td>Concert Band:<\/td>\n<td>Stage:<\/td>\n<td>Music stands, bass drum, 4 timpani, snare drum, bells, chimes, xylophone, gong, 2 bass amps, drum kit<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><\/td>\n<td>Warm up:<\/td>\n<td>Chairs, 30 stands<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p><strong>CLASS AND MUSIC SELECTIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Class placement in concert band is determined by the level of music chosen. If music is chosen from the b300 level, the band is adjudicated by the criteria standards of the b300 class. The selection of repertoire, suitable to the ensemble level and style, will be reflected in the final rating.<\/p>\n<p>Ensembles are required to prepare three selections at their class level as follows:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Optional warm-up chorale (not to be evaluated)<\/li>\n<li>Two selections of a comparable level of difficulty and in contrasting style<\/li>\n<li>One march<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>REGISTRATION FEE<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>$375.00 for first ensemble; $325.00 for additional ensembles.<\/li>\n<li>Fee is non-refundable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>REGISTRATION DEADLINE<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Friday,\u00a0September 18th, 2026\u00a0\u2013 Due to high interest, please note registration is first come first serve.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>CANCELLATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>As a courtesy to those on the waiting list, please notify us if you have registered but are unable to attend the festival. This is a non-refundable festival.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>AUDIENCE FOR PERFORMANCES<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>It is no fun performing to an empty hall!
