Cooking with Vanessa

- Discussion topics: Tenancy, Employment, Human Rights and how to uphold them
- Cook a meal together while chatting about community resources, budgeting, and life

Houndry Walks
- Drop in at 4-5 Tuesdays for 12-16 year olds
- Drop in at 11-12 Fridays for 17-24 year olds
- Come on a dog walk- low barrier access to movement, the outdoors and cute doggies (no dog required)

Forest Walks

- Looking to get outside and reconnect with nature? Join the Youth Employment and Education Team each week to explore a new trail, rain or shine.
- Ages 15-24

Dopamenu Monday
- Monday November 18th from 3:30pm-5pm
- Open to youth, families, mentors and caregivers
- Note: this is advertised as a JHSNI event (not Foundry) so youth younger than 12 are welcome with a caregiver
- Explore healthy strategies for giving our brains the stimulation they need
- What is a dopamenu?
- A dopamine menu lists an assortment of pleasurable, healthy activities — from appetizers like yoga poses to main courses like a HIIT class to sides like white noise — from which ADHD brains can choose when they need stimulation.
