Players, Community Coaches, Staff Members, and Parents are all welcome to attend.<\/p>\n<p>The banquet includes a fully catered dinner, prizes, a slide show and most importantly, the Athletic Awards for the year are presented.\u00a0 Stay tuned for more information on date and tickets.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Team Provincial Placings, Individual Provincial Placings, Island Champions<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Checklist for Coaches<\/h3>\n<p>Requirements for all coaches:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/justice.gov.bc.ca\/criminalrecordcheck\/\">Criminal Record Check<\/a> (necessary for all coaches who are not employees of School District #71.) <a href=\"https:\/\/www.comoxvalleyschools.ca\/mark-isfeld-secondary\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/44\/2023\/05\/CRC-instructions-1.pdf\">Instructions<\/a><\/li>\n<li><strong>All<\/strong> volunteer drivers need to complete the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.comoxvalleyschools.ca\/mark-isfeld-secondary\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/44\/2024\/09\/Athletes-Volunteer-Drivers-form.pdf\">Volunteer Driver Form<\/a> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.comoxvalleyschools.ca\/mark-isfeld-secondary\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/44\/2023\/05\/Code-of-Conduct-1.pdf\">Code of Conduct Form<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Along with sending a copy of their driver&#8217;s license, vehicle insurance papers and drivers abstract to Tina Fagan in the office tina.fagan@sd71.bc.ca.<\/li>\n<li>List of students missing any class time should be submitted in advance by email to <a href=\"mailto:isfeldattendance@sd71.bc.ca\">isfeldattendance@sd71.bc.ca<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>**Please note<\/strong>: If travelling on BC Ferries, an original <strong>Ferry Letter<\/strong> is required for each direction of travel.
