Peer support is a major component of this program and helpful for parents to know they are not alone with their challenges.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Parenting Without Power Struggles<\/strong><\/em>, a free nine-week program focusing on parenting fundamentals like boundaries, values, communication and self-care. This free nine-week program starts Thursday October 8 from 7:30 to 9 pm and is for caregivers raising youth 7-12.<\/p>\n<p>If you\u2019re navigating challenges or looking for support, you\u2019re not alone\u2014Both programs offer a space to connect and learn.
