PAC Fun Fair
We’re so excited to invite you and your children to our annual Miracle Beach Fun Fair on Friday, May 29th from 4:00–7:00 PM!
As many of you know, the Fun Fair is one of our biggest yearly fundraisers and a wonderful community event filled with fun for the whole family.
To make this event successful, we need the help of our amazing school community. We are looking for volunteers to help run games, supervise activities, assist with the cakewalk, and help with cleanup at the end of the evening.

The easiest way to help is to sign up for a 30-minute time slot. Once time slots are filled, volunteers will be assigned to different stations and activities. Don’t worry — all activities are simple, fun, and easy to follow!
You can email back to add your name to the list and we will update the sign-up sheet as responses come in. Please do not delete or change anyone else’s names or time slots.
As you’ll see, we are hoping for approximately 16 volunteers per time slot, so every bit of help truly makes a difference.

Parent Teacher Interviews
Parent Teacher Interviews are taking place on Thursday, November 20th, 2025. Appointments with your student’s teacher(s) must be booked in advance. Please click here to log in and book an appointment time.
StrongStart 2025-26
StrongStart is coming back! Every Tuesday from 9am to noon in the Multipurpose Room. The first StrongStart will be Tuesday Sept.23rd. We look forward to seeing you and your child(ren)!
Volunteer Information
Many of our activities would not be able to happen without the help of volunteers. There are a few steps to complete before anyone can volunteer within the school and/or drive for a field trip. All volunteer information needs to be updated yearly, including Volunteer Application Form, drivers abstract from ICBC, copies of vehicle insurance with minimum $1 million liability, and a copy of a valid drivers license. Criminal Record Check is every 5 years. Please contact us at miraclebeach@sd71.bc.ca and we can send you instructions and forms.
