Book giveaway for K/Gr 1 students from Books 4 Brains!

Our local bookstore, Books 4 Brains in Comox, has generously donated books for all Kindergarten and Grade 1 students in SD71!

These books are provided by the B4B reading initiative and the books are students’ to keep. Each student will receive three books -a leveled reader, a novel, and a non-fiction book. Included inside each book bag is a coupon for 10% off the next regular priced purchase in store. B4B is spreading the love of reading from their family to yours.

Kindergarten and Grade 1 Cumberland students will pick up their bags and books on Wednesday April 11^th and Thursday April 12^th  in the library with their classroom teacher.
