Parent-Teacher Interviews-Thursday, November 23rd (Week of Nov 20th – 24th)-Book Now!

Dear Parents and Guardians,

Thursday, November 23rd is our Parent-Teacher Interview day (Meet the Teacher). While some teachers will also have other appointments available outside of Thursday, the majority of slots will be on the Thursday.
Please note there will be no school on that Thursday. Classes will resume on Friday, November 24th.

The meeting booking schedule is now open to families here: https://secure.parentinterviews.com/royston

If you remember your login from last year, you can use that. If the system won’t let you in, or you are new to Royston Elementary, you’ll need to create a new account. If you need assistance, there is a HELP button at the top right of the login page. If you need further assistance, give us a shout at the office at (250) 334-2161.
Via the link, log on to the Scheduler (or create an account), and add yourself and any children attending Royston. Then choose the appropriate teacher and time you would like to meet. Repeat the process of choosing the teacher and time for any additional children.

Please feel free to bring your child(ren) to the interview so they can show you what they’ve been working on this term.

If you’re unable to meet with your child(ren)’s teacher during this time, or you need longer than the allotted 10 – 15 minutes, please let their teacher know and they’ll happily arrange a better time or day with you personally.

Also, while at the school, check out the Scholastic Book Fair which will be occurring, in the Library, at the same time. You may not have a choice as I’m sure your child will drag you in there!
