Primary Christmas Concert

The primary classes (K-3) perform on Wednesday Dec. 13 at 1:15 pm and 6:00 pm.
The intermediate classes (gr. 4-7) perform Thursday Dec. 14 at 1:15 pm and 6:00 p.m. Please note that Mr. Mclaughlin’s class (div. 6) will perform with the intermediate group.

Our gym has limited capacity, with approximately 400 audience spaces available for each show. With 250+ students, presenting at each show the potential for overcrowding is significant. To alleviate the overcapacity concern, we suggest the following:

1) please attend only 1 show, not both.
2) come to the 1:15 pm show if you can. This concert tends to be less crowded but just as awesome.
3) 4 tickets max for the evening perfomances
4) non-immediate family members could always watch your video of the performance, instead of being there in person or attend the 1:15pm show.

Furthermore we ask that everyone obtain a Free Ticket from Munch a Lunch. The idea is that if you see that we have already issued 400 tickets for a show that you will need to look at another showing option. Much A Lunch will issue us a ticket holder list so there is no need to print tickets we will have a list of names at the door. Again we ask that for evening shows you order 4 tickets max (Students performing do not need a ticket)
