Gr 5 Parent Info Night – Lake Trail Transition Evening

Lake Trail Transition Evening: Families with students entering Gr. 6 are invited to an information evening to learn what to expect as their children transition into Grade 6.

Meeting Details: Lake Trail Community School — February 18 — 6:00–7:00 PM

Information will be shared about the different program options at Lake Trail, transition activities designed to support students, and ways families can help prepare their children. This event is intended for parents and guardians; however, the school will provide a space and activities for children if you need to bring them.
