Order Transcripts and Certificates

To request your PEN# or to receive an unofficial copy of your transcript, send an email to: vaniertranscripts@sd71.bc.ca

In your email please include: Year of graduation, full name at graduation, date of birth and a phone number.

For official transcripts (for post secondary institutions, Military etc…) Click here​ to order your official transcripts and certificates​​.

Note* – We can send your transcript directly to North Island College – no need to order an official document through the transcript service. Make note of this in your email if required.
