Volunteering – Criminal Record Checks
Criminal Record Checks are required for all volunteer positions at Huband Park Elementary.
The new eCRC system uses your BC Services Card for ID Verification at this link:
- Online Link: https://justice.gov.bc.ca/criminalrecordcheck
- Access Code: TJ5VBE9WDS
Please note that a mobile device with the BC Services Card APP installed is required. This online system is compatible with all devices and internet browers except Internet Explorer.
Once the criminal record check is complete the Criminal Records Review Program (CRRP) will advise the school that you are cleared to volunteer.

If you require assistance with completing the criminal record check, please contact the school office at 250-338-6596 as there is a manual process to fall back on.

Veggie Box Orders
Remember to order your January veggie boxes by January 9th. Delivery will be around January 17th.
Please order and pay for the veggie boxes through the Huband Hot Lunch website: https://huband.hotlunches.net/admin/. Payment can also be made by e-transfer to hubandparkpac@gmail.com.
If you have not yet registered on the hot lunch website for the 2022/2023 school year, please register using access code HPHL.
