Guidelines for Respectful Communications
Dear Families,
From time to time, parents may have concerns. It is important to us that we hear your concerns and respond with clarity to address them. We do request that the following guidelines are adhered to for ensuring that communication is respectful.
To that end, we appreciate the following:
- Presume positive intentions.
- Seek understanding first.
- Avoid assumptions.
- Recognize that Huband Park staff are exceptionally dedicated and work hard for our students. They are committed to doing their best and working collaboratively with students and families.
In addition, due to schools being busy places, you may not hear a response from the school immediately and may take a few days.
Please note that when incidences involve other children, school actions and consequences are not shared with the other children’s parents to respect confidentiality.
