CLEVR How to

Visit Clevr to fill in your verification forms.  Accounts have been created for families already registered in our school.  When you arrive at the Clevr website, just select, “Forgot password” to begin the process.

Please use our Clevr software to update your child’s Student Verification Information and their Protocol and Consent forms.

It is absolutely vital that schools be able to rely on this infomation so we can reach you or your designated emergency contacts, and be aware of allergies or other conditions, or legal matters such as custody, guardianship, access, or name change.

Replace or delete incorrect information and complete any missing pieces (medical conditions, legal matters). Note: If you possess any court orders that refer to your children, please ensure that the school has a copy of the most recent order.
