In person session: Parenting When Our Kids Can’t Go To School

Topic: Parenting When Our Kids Can’t go to School

Sometimes mental health challenges keep our kids from going to school. Parenting when our kids can’t go to school is hard. Learn from this conversation with John Solano, Registered Clinical Counsellor, and Kathy Buhler, a parent with lived experience. Discover how focusing on our relationship with our child can help, and where we can find support.

Doors will open at 6:15pm and the video presentation will begin at 6:30pm.

This video presentation will be followed by a facilitated discussion by Megan Watson and Cresslynn Brodhagen, Family Peer Support Workers in the Comox Valley.

This event is for parents/caregivers only, and we are not able to provide childcare.
