Welcome All Students

Good afternoon Isfeld parents and guardians,

Welcome to Mark R. Isfeld Secondary! We are currently preparing to welcome your children during the week of September 7-10th.

  • Tuesday, September 7th Grade 8 students only                  9am – Noon
  • Wednesday, September 8th All students                                        Full Day

If you have a child attending grade eight this year, please refer to my previous email for detailed information regarding their first day at school.

Grade nine to twelve students will begin their 2021-2022 school year on Wednesday, September 8th with a Teacher Advisory (homeroom) followed by a full block rotation (BADC).

COVID Protocols:

Please be aware the following COVID protocols are still in place:

1 – Masks are required in all indoor spaces for all individuals

2 – Students are asked to respect individual’s personal space

3 – Students are encouraged to use external classroom entrances and eat lunch outside as much as possible and weather permitting

4 – We ask parents/guardians to make appointments if the need arises to visit with school staff

These and other protocols will be discussed with students in their Teacher Advisory to begin their first day of school. The COVID protocols are constantly updated following ministry directions.

  • 2021-2022 course schedule & bell schedule
  • Lockers and locks
  • Information forms
  • COVID Protocols
  • Extra curricular opportunities
