- Join our dynamic summer team as a Camp Leader and inspire the next generation of outdoor adventurers! This role combines leadership, recreation, and environmental stewardship as you guide children ages 5–12 through hiking, nature exploration, and alpine adventures. Based in the stunning alpine environment, you’ll lead safe, exciting, and educational outdoor activities while creating memorable experiences for campers. Mt. Washington is looking to hire 1 Bike Camp Leader, 2 Alpine Camp Leaders, and is offering volunteer hours through their Youth Mentorship Bike adventure program.
