What does the first week of school look like?

New students, Grade 8s and International Students return to school
on Tuesday, September 8th. Their day starts at 9:00 am in the gym.
They will have an orientation, tour, their schedules, lockers and visit
their classes. This will be a shortened day and we will dismiss students
at 12:15. The school busses will be running this day with regular
morning pick up times and will depart the school at approximately
12:20 pm.

All students attend for the full day on Wednesday, September 9th.
Students go to their homerooms for the first 30 minutes where they
will receive their schedules and other information, then off to classes
for the rest of the day. This will be a regular Day 3 rotation of classes
(BADC).

Thursday’s schedule will include homeroom between the 2 morning
blocks (H & G).

Friday will be a Day 1 schedule (ABCD) that will have homeroom be
tween A & B block

We will have a regular homeroom block every Monday after that.
Homeroom will be between A and B block on Monday mornings.
