New Executive Director of Human Resources – Sabrina Yeudall
Comox Valley Schools is pleased to announce the appointment of Sabrina Yeudall as our new Executive Director of Human Resources.
Sabrina joins the district with an exceptional depth of experience in labour relations, human resources leadership, conflict resolution, and employment law. As a licensed lawyer, accredited mediator, and arbitrator, she brings more than a decade of experience supporting complex multi‑union environments across Vancouver Island.
Most recently, Sabrina served as the Manager of Employee Relations at North Island College, where she led collective bargaining, advised senior leadership, supported organizational wellness initiatives, and guided the institution through a wide range of labour and employment matters.
Her background also includes extensive work as a labour, employment, and family law practitioner; experience teaching labour relations and negotiation at Vancouver Island University; and a long history of working with and supporting educators, including through legal advocacy involving members of the BC Teachers’ Federation and Vancouver Island Faculty Association.
Sabrina’s strong alignment with our district’s purpose, vision, and values, particularly her commitment to relationship‑building, equitable and compassionate processes, and Truth and Reconciliation stood out throughout the selection process.
We are delighted to welcome Sabrina to the Comox Valley Schools Senior Leadership Team and look forward to the expertise, collaboration, and thoughtful leadership she will bring to the district.
Please join us in congratulating Sabrina on her new role and welcoming her to Comox Valley Schools.
