Board meetings are held every month from September to June. Meetings commence promptly at 7 pm, unless otherwise stated. The agenda will be posted on the Friday before each Board Meeting. You can view the 2023/2024  Board Meeting schedule here.

Members of the public are welcome and encouraged to attend our virtual meeting platform. Meetings are broadcast live with the recording posted on our YouTube Channel. Click on the district calendar Regular Board Meeting event for a link to the live broadcast. Questions during a meeting may be sent via email to boardmeeting@sd71.bc.ca

Delegations

Individuals and groups are welcome to make presentations to the Board. Requests to appear as a delegate should be made to the Secretary-Treasurer in writing. Please forward the request to Marlene Leach, Senior Executive Assistant, Marlene.Leach@sd71.bc.ca.

Requests to appear as a delegation or to present to the Board must be submitted in writing fourteen (14) calendar days prior to a scheduled meeting. The request must outline the purpose of the delegation and the nature of the presentation.
