Committee of the Whole

The Committee of the Whole meeting is held every month from September to June and commence promptly at 7:00 pm, unless otherwise stated. The agenda will be posted on the Friday before each Committee of the Whole meeting. You can view the 2023/2024 schedule here.

Members of the public are welcome and encouraged to attend our virtual meeting platform. Meeting are either broadcasted live and/or recorded and posted on our YouTube channel.

Delegations

Individuals and groups are welcome to make presentations to the Board. Requests to appear as a delegate should be made to the Secretary-Treasurer in writing. Please forward the request to Heidi Bell, Senior Executive Assistant, Heidi.Bell@sd71.bc.ca.

Requests to appear as a delegation or to present to the Board must be submitted in writing fourteen (14) calendar days prior to a scheduled meeting. The request must outline the purpose of the delegation and the nature of the presentation.
