To express your interest in the Pathways Learning Community (K-5), please complete the form below. Submissions will be processed in the order they are received, and the available spots will be divided among the grades. You will be contacted within two weeks regarding enrollment in the program.
Please note that submitting an Expression of Interest does not guarantee placement in the program as spaces are limited, and the program will only proceed if there is sufficient enrollment.
The Pathways Learning Community Expression of Interest form will open at 7:00AM, January 13th, 2026.
