Comox Valley Schools seeking child care providers for before and after school programs
Comox Valley Schools is inviting qualified licensed child care providers to submit an Expression of Interest and Qualifications to deliver before and after school care programs in district facilities.
The district is seeking experienced operators who can provide safe, inclusive and developmentally appropriate programs that meet provincial licensing requirements and support the needs of local families.
Through this process, the district will assess provider capacity, program approach, operational readiness and alignment with district expectations for the use of school facilities.
Successful proponents will enter into a formal occupancy or lease agreement with the district, subject to Board approval and applicable policies and procedures. Selected providers would sign a license agreement with SD71 to operate programs during the school year and provide before and after school care on all school days.

- Puntledge Park Elementary (shared space with school)
- Robb Road Elementary
- Royston Elementary
- Valley View Elementary (shared space with school)
- Lake Trail Community School
