Concert Choir
The Concert Choir portion of the festival will be held Monday, November 16th at the Courtenay Fellowship Baptist Church.

CHOIR FORMAT
- 45 minutes on stage at Courtenay Fellowship Baptist Church
MUSIC SELECTION
- Concert Choirs should perform a minimum of three contrasting pieces. Seasonal music is encouraged.
- One complete package of scores is required for the adjudicator. Photocopied scores are not acceptable. Order now!
EQUIPMENT
- Piano in warm up room and on stage for performance.
REGISTRATION FEE
- $375.00 for first ensemble; $325.00 for additional ensembles.
- Fee is non-refundable.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE
- Registration deadline is Friday, September 18th, 2026. Payment deadline is October 2nd, 2026.
- Due to high interest, please note registration is first come first serve. If the payment deadline is missed, your spot in the registration queue will be lost.
CANCELLATIONS
- As a courtesy to those on the waiting list, please notify us if you have registered but are unable to attend the festival. This is a non-refundable festival.
AUDIENCE FOR PERFORMANCES
It is no fun performing to an empty hall! We invite all groups to show up and listen prior to their warmup time or after their clinic to provide a supportive audience for the other performers.
This non-competitive Festival does not post ratings; however, the festival does offer an opportunity to receive an invitation for MusicFest Canada
